You agree to indemnify and hold Provider and its companies, agents, contractors, partners, and employees harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, or demand, due to or arising out of your use of the Site or in violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
You agree that these Terms of Use and any interpretation of or dispute with between you and Provider will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You expressly agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or related to these Terms of Use, your access to and use of the Site, or between you and Provider will be subject to jurisdiction only in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, USA, and you hereby consent and submit to jurisdiction of such courts with respect to any such action.
